1. Who is responsible

The data controller is Keelium OÜ, an Estonian company with registry code 17505632, registered at Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia. For any privacy question, write to hola@keelium.com.

2. What Dr. Amor does with your chat

• We only analyze the WhatsApp chat you choose to export and upload.
• Before the chat leaves your phone, the app removes phone numbers, emails and ID numbers. The server does it again as a safeguard.
• Our server processes the chat in memory to compute the statistics and pick a sample of messages. It does not store it on disk or in any database and discards it when the analysis ends.
• To write the roast and the verdict, we send our artificial intelligence provider a sample of messages (about 60,000 characters at most), the statistics and the names of the two people in the chat.

3. Artificial intelligence provider: Anthropic

The roast and the verdict are generated by the Claude model from Anthropic, PBC (United States), acting as a data processor. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not use data sent through its API to train its models and keeps it only for a limited time for security and abuse prevention. The transfer to the United States relies on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (standard contractual clauses). More information in Anthropic's privacy policy.

The app asks for your explicit permission before sending your first chat, and you can say no.

4. What we keep on our server

• A random installation identifier, which is not your name or your Apple ID, and a hashed fingerprint of its secret key. It prevents anyone else from using your analyses. It is deleted after one year without use.
• Your analysis balance and the identifier of each App Store purchase, so a purchase is never counted twice and refunds can be handled.
• The status of each analysis attempt, without its content, for 7 days.
• Usage counters to prevent abuse, for 5 minutes.
• Technical server logs (date, path, response code and IP address), kept by our hosting provider (Railway) for a limited time for security and troubleshooting. We never log chat content.

5. Purchases

Payments are processed by Apple. Purchases are managed with RevenueCat using the random installation identifier. We never receive your payment details. See the privacy policies of Apple and RevenueCat.

6. What stays on your phone

• The analysis result (the cards, which may quote the chat) is saved only on your phone so you can see it again. It is replaced by the next analysis and deleted if you remove the app.
• The camera and microphone are only used if you turn on the reaction video. The recording stays on your phone unless you decide to save it to Photos or share it.
• On compatible phones, some hints are computed with Apple Intelligence on the device itself.

7. No ads, no tracking

Dr. Amor shows no ads, includes no analytics or advertising tools and does not track you across apps or websites.

8. Legal basis

We process the chat with your consent, given in the app before the first upload, and to provide the analysis you bought. Purchase data and technical logs are processed to perform the contract and for our legitimate interest in keeping the service secure.

9. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hola@keelium.com. Since we do not keep chats, we have none to hand over or delete. If you disagree with our answer, you can complain to the data protection authority of your country (in Spain, the AEPD) or to the Estonian authority, the Andmekaitse Inspektsioon.

10. Children

Dr. Amor is not intended for children under 14.

11. Changes

If we change this policy, we will publish the new version here with its date. If the change affects what is sent to the artificial intelligence, the app will ask for your permission again.
